All menus are created for each event such as; Braised Short Ribs of Beef, Black Iron Pot Roast, Beef Tenderloin with Sautéed Mushrooms, Chuck Roast with Peppers & Rice, Grilled Lime Chicken with Black Bean Sauce, Lemon Garlic Chicken Over Angel Hair, Smothered Chicken, Mac and Cheese, Collard Greens, Smothered Pork Chops, Empanadas, Tostones, Ceviche, and Monfongo. Depending on your demographics of your event we can create a menu suitable to all attendees even the Vegan and gluten free.
